On September 11, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the inauguration of Turin’s new ENERGY TRANSITION HUB—funded by the PNRR—will take place. Located within the Environment Park, the center houses the research infrastructures CoSyET—Components and Systems for Energy Transition—and iENTRANCE—Infrastructure for Energy Transition and Circular Economy.
CoSyET is an innovation infrastructure that supports businesses and research in the development and validation of technologies for the energy transition, with laboratories and facilities dedicated to hydrogen, CO₂, energy storage systems, and renewable energy. CoSyET Scarl is a public-private partnership led by the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT), which holds the public sector share, alongside ten industrial partners: Newcleo, Lamicolor, G.D., Microla Optoelectronics, Alutron, FEV Italia, Hysytech, Cemas Elettra, Asseltech, and Mista.
iEntrance, coordinated by the National Research Council, is a distributed research infrastructure that provides laboratories, expertise, and technologies to develop advanced materials, devices, and technologies for the energy transition. The new infrastructure serves as the hub led by the Polytechnic University of Turin.
The event is by invitation only and has a limited number of seats.
